About order

Countries available for order
For countries where you can place an order, please check the EMS column on the "Availability of Services by Country" page of Japan Post. Also, you cannot order in countries that are eligible for the GDPR.
Flow of purchase
  1. Select the product you want to purchase on the shopping site
    Select the product and quantity you want to purchase and add it to your cart.
  2. Confirm shopping cart
    Please check the items in the cart before proceeding to checkout.
  3. Log in (or register as a member)
    If you have already registered as a member, please log in.
    If you have not completed membership registration, please proceed with membership registration.
  4. Enter and select the delivery address, shipping method, and payment method
  5. Complete shopping
    This completes the shopping procedure.
    You can check the details of your order from the "Order completion email" or from the purchase history on My Page.
About member registration
The procedure for member registration is as follows.
There are two ways to register as a member: in advance or when you place your first order.
  1. Enter your name, email address and password.
    Please choose a password of 5 alphanumeric characters or more at your discretion.
  2. You can create and purchase an account only if you accept to the "Privacy Policy".
  3. Upon completion of membership registration, we will send you an e-mail for confirmation.
About currency
In the shopping cart, it will be displayed in the selected currency, but the currency in the checkout page and payment will be converted into "Japanese yen (JPY)".
About customs duty
You will be responsible for any customs duties.
About subscription
We will deliver the products automatically and regularly every month according to the date of your first order.
It is convenient because you do not have to order each time. It is easy to purchase at a discount price according to the number and amount of money.

You can suspend, cancel, or change your subscription yourself.

About points
Points will be given for the purchase price of the product (Japanese Yen JPY).
Redeem your points for a discount code and get a 1% discount on your points.

You can check points and exchange for a discount code from the round icon at the bottom right of the page.
About discount code
Please exchange points for discount codes before use.
Enter the discount code on the checkout page to see the discounted prices.
*Please note that if the purchase amount is less than the discount amount of the discount code, the difference will not be returned.
* Discount codes cannot be used with regular purchases.
Cancellation
For cancellations, changes, or additional requests before shipping the product, please contact us immediately using the "CONTACT FORM". (Name, email address when ordering, order number (example: # 00000)). In addition, it is not possible to cancel only part of the order. In that case, please cancel all of the order and place the order again.

We do not accept cancellations, changes or additions after the product is shipped. Please check your order details before purchasing.

About returns and exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges due to international shipping and the large amount of food we sell. Please check your order details before purchasing.

However, we will accept replacement only in the following cases.
  • The product is damaged
  • The received item is different from the one ordered.
In these cases, please contact us from the "CONTACT FORM" within 7 days of receiving the item.

Payment method

Payment method
We accept payments made by credit card (Mastercard, Visa, American Express).
*Please note that although a transaction fee will not be charged for payments made by credit card, a handling charge may be incurred by your credit company.Please inquire with your credit company for more details.
The payment date depends on the credit card company.

Shipping

Shipping method
We will ship your package via EMS or e-Packet, the international postal service provided by Japan Post.

About shipping fee
Shipping costs will vary depending on the weight as determined by the international postal service EMS or International e-Packet.

About the number of days before delivery
We will ship your order within 5 business days of receiving your order.
However, this excludes long vacations such as summer vacation and New Year vacations.
The number of days before delivery depends on the country and the situation. For example, it may take less than a week to arrive, or it may take longer.
For the current location of the product, you can check the tracking information from the shipping completion email.
