      * For customers who pay by credit card, we use the services of Shopify Payments, a payment processing company, to verify credit cards in order to process credit card payments or to confirm the legitimacy of account numbers and the validity of credit cards with financial institutions, etc. At that time, your credit card information is automatically sent to Shopify Payments, and no information is retained in our system.
      * We may change the purpose of use within a reasonably related scope and will notify or announce such changes. We will not use personal information for any other purposes without prior consent.
      * Phone inquiries may be recorded for the above purposes and for operator training necessary for smooth operations.

    3. For personal information entrusted to us by clients, we use it only within the scope necessary to fulfill the outsourcing contract.

      * If the card issuer is located overseas, the information may be transferred abroad. We cannot identify the issuing country or its privacy protections from collected information.

    Note: Contractors include delivery services, direct mail printing/shipping, payment processors, credit/debt collection companies, support facilities, sales agents, and research companies analyzing service improvements.
