Article 1 (General Provisions)

1. These Terms of Use define the rules that must be observed when using the "Reviews and Testimonials" service operated by Sunny Health Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "Sunny Health") as set forth in Article 2, paragraph (1). To use this service, you must agree to these Terms. By posting a review through this service, you are deemed to have agreed to all provisions of these Terms.
2. These Terms are subordinate to the "Sunny Health Co., Ltd. Online Shopping Terms of Use" (hereinafter "Terms of Use"). Matters not specified in these Terms shall be governed by the Terms of Use (collectively, "these Terms, etc."). Terms defined in the Terms of Use shall have the same meaning in these Terms.

Article 2 (Definitions)

The terms used in these Terms are defined as follows:

1. "Reviews and Testimonials" refers to opinions, impressions, evaluations, experiences, and other information posted about products or services on websites operated by Sunny Health or its designated service providers (hereinafter "Service Providers").
2. "This Service" refers collectively to the functions provided by Sunny Health or Service Providers that allow users to post reviews, view posted reviews, evaluate reviews, and related services, which are offered to enable users to share information to assist others in making purchase decisions.

Article 3 (Specifications)

1. The products for which reviews can be posted are determined at Sunny Health's discretion, and users may not object to this determination.
2. Sunny Health may change all or part of the specifications of this service at any time at its discretion, and users may not object to such changes. Furthermore, Sunny Health shall not be responsible for any damages incurred by users due to changes in service specifications.

Article 4 (Prohibited Acts)

When using this service, users shall not engage in the following acts:

1. Posting reviews containing any of the following:
   • Defamation of Sunny Health, Service Providers, or third parties
   • Content that damages the reputation or causes distrust of Sunny Health, Service Providers, or third parties without clear evidence
   • Content that infringes or may infringe on the copyrights, reputation, privacy, or other rights of Sunny Health, Service Providers, or third parties
   • Content that promotes or encourages criminal activity
   • Content that violates the Pharmaceutical Affairs Law, Act against Unjustifiable Premiums and Misleading Representations, or other related laws
   • Content for commercial advertising purposes
   • Content containing specific political or religious assertions
   • Content including images, audio, video, TV shows, game images, artist footage, or photos for which the user does not hold intellectual property rights
   • Images or videos that identify individuals without their consent
   • External site URLs, campaigns, or content directing access to them
   • Content containing discriminatory expressions
   • Obscene, vulgar, harmful, indecent, or otherwise offensive content
   • Content unrelated to the product
   • Other content contrary to public order and morals
   • Comments about pharmaceuticals
   • Other content deemed inappropriate by Sunny Health
2. The following behaviors:
   • Posting phone numbers, addresses, URLs, email addresses, or similar personal information of specific individuals in reviews
   • Writing harmful programs or scripts
   • Acts that adversely affect the normal use or operation of Sunny Health or its group companies’ services (including this service) such as physical interference, virus transmission, hacking, etc.
   • Other acts deemed inappropriate by Sunny Health

If a user violates the above provisions or is deemed inappropriate by Sunny Health, Sunny Health may take measures specified below without disclosing the reason, and users agree in advance. However, Sunny Health does not guarantee, monitor, or inspect the content of reviews based on these provisions.

• Deletion or correction of reviews violating the above provisions
• Other measures deemed necessary by Sunny Health

Article 5 (Use of Reviews and Testimonials)

1. Copyrights and other intellectual property rights of reviews belong to the users who posted them. However, Sunny Health may freely use the content of reviews without notifying the posting user, including reproduction, quotation, disclosure, provision, publication, distribution, or other methods free of charge, and users agree to this. Users also agree not to exercise moral rights against Sunny Health or Service Providers regarding their reviews.
2. Users shall not reproduce, repurpose, edit, or otherwise use other users’ reviews in any way.
3. The display period and retention period of reviews are determined at Sunny Health’s discretion, and users may not object.

Article 6 (User Information)

Personal information registered by users when using this service will be appropriately managed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Article 7 (User Responsibility)

Users shall compensate Sunny Health or third parties for any damages, including legal fees, caused by violations of these Terms, etc.

Article 8 (Disclaimers)

1. Reviews are posted under the responsibility of users. Sunny Health does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, fitness for purpose, or non-infringement of reviews. Users shall hold Sunny Health harmless for any damages to third parties arising from reviews.
2. Users acknowledge that the service may be interrupted or suspended due to system maintenance, network issues, or other unavoidable circumstances, and shall not claim compensation from Sunny Health.
3. In addition to the above, Sunny Health is not responsible for any damages to users related to this service.

Article 9 (Amendment of Terms)

These Terms may be amended without prior notice to users. Sunny Health will notify users of changes via written notice or on this site. Users are deemed to have agreed to the Terms by using the service after such changes.
